Parents and students are interviewed to ensure that our services will meet the needs of each child, and that the spirit of our program is one that will have the full support and participation of the parenting team. Please expect the following sequence of events:
- Preliminary Interview with the Executive Director
- Facility Tour
- Secure payment options and arrangements
- Secure all necessary enrollment paperwork:
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization record (updated)
- Diagnosis paperwork; written evaluations
- Educational transcripts, if applicable
- Completed Student Application form
- Medical Release form
- Team interview to begin the Person-centered Plan (PCP) process. Please coordinate this appointment with your child's physicians.
- PCP approval by team and parents
- Orientation: review of school policies, code of conduct and parent/student handbook
