Summer does not have to be a time of languishing skills and lost learning. The Chase Academy has summer explorations available for each age group to help maintain and develop skills that are unique to kids with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). Summer is a prime time to learn something different and something new. The Chase Academy is here to help build a better, more productive summer for kids with ASD.

ALL CAMPERS
CHASE after Dark begins for all children ages 5 and up. This weekend camp is designed to give parents a much needed respite any weekend evening of their choice – all summer long! Camp counselors are comprised of TCA faculty and staff, and all employees working with the children have received a level 2 background check. For the kids, this camp is about having Fun! Evenings begin with playground fun followed by a quick dinner of pizza and time in the splash park. Indoor games include Wii and computer games, board games and social play activities. The evening closes with a different feature movie each night. Parents are welcome to pack bathing suits, pajamas and a pillow so the kids can be comfortable all evening. This is an “inclusive” camp so campers can be of all abilities and will be grouped with their peers for appropriate levels of play. Deadline for camper registration is 48 hours prior to desired camp date. Camper numbers are limited so register early!

- 8 - 12 campers will be registered for each session.

- Campers must be functionally independent and classroom regulated.

Monday to Friday from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
- 8-12 campers will be registered for each session.
- Interdisciplinary program based on Sunshine State and Next Generation Standards.
- Students surpass expectations and transition to content-area reading and writing in later grades with confidence and success.
- Registration Fee and Application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to session.

Cost: $320.00 weekly includes student investigation notebooks, experiment(s)
